Anyone who wants the best care for the pets and positive helpful information then I would recommend Cornwall Animal hospital... ive bin with most vets around the county but I find here they have a real interest in your pets and do everything they can to help.

    No stars!
    Wouldn't recommend!!
Due to the fact I took my dog
there on weds 8:30AM in the morning, for her to get her teeth cleaned under general anaesthetic/ sedation.
(consultation appointment 2 weeks before. In this appointment I repeatedly told them on that day and days before that she's HIGHLY sensitive & gets stressed easily. So please take extra care)
Had a phone call at 13:00 asking me "why has she got a scar on her stomach" I told them due to being spayed when she was younger.(I'm guessing if they didn't see her scar and on the off chance she wasn't spayed before this could have been a HUGE DISASTER! they would be facing a much bigger problem)
At this point I was annoyed & very confused on why they have called me when they know dam right what she was all booked in for.
Called back at 14:00 they told me to come in at 15:10 to collect her.
Before arriving , I was told everything was fine ,she's okay & fully awake.
Paid (which I'm regretting now)she came out all stressed up, DYING to go to the toilet! bruised legs from where the needles have been.
I got told why... they said as she's a "HYPERACTIVE DOG" she had trouble keeping them in & ripped them out herself!
Why on earth wasn't she under the sedation before they were put them in?!
yet again told them she's sensitive & gets stressed easily.
Phoned back today as I'm outraged on HOW this confusion happened on her appointment , when it's so simple! & to find her stomach shaved too!
They were saying it was a miss communication from when the polish vet worked there. Pretty much using every excuse to slide out of it.
Having a phone call later that day.
    Im wanting answers...
It soon got heated on the phone.
The vet at some points wouldn't let me speak , talking over me! Which I find so rude & arrogant!
I was being blamed for signing the form and not speaking to the receptionist. When in actual fact I asked the staff on the way out if I needed to do anything before leaving. They said NO!
so basically because I didn't do that, it's my fault.
    Yeah right....
This is all down to a "ERROR" in their system.
So don't bother to take your dog there JUST on the slightest chance the communication isn't there.
I've been spoked to like my option on this matter wasn't valid.
